Hutton Hotel has pet-friendly floors in the hotel and allows pets with a one-time $100 cleaning fee. Arrangements must be made with the hotel in advance of your stay.

Guests are required to provide government-issued photo identification and a valid credit card at the time of check-in. Credit cards will be authorized at that time and an amount held on the card for room, tax, and incidentals, with incidentals totaling $100 per night of the stay. Upon the completion of the stay, held funds that were not utilized are released by the hotel back to the credit card. Please note that it can take as many as 7-10 business days for this authorization to be fully released, depending on the expediency of your banking institution. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book a reservation and check-in.

Unless otherwise stated at booking, you must cancel by noon (Central Time) the day prior to your scheduled arrival. For cancellations that are within 48 hours of scheduled arrival, one night’s room and tax will be charged to the credit card on file.
