For stays beginning April 2022, full prepayment will be charged within 24 hours of booking and is non-refundable. Stay dates can be changed until 4 p.m. Central the day before scheduled arrival. Note that date changes may result in an adjustment to the overall cost of the stay; a change resulting in a lower cost will forfeit the difference from the original prepayment, while a change resulting in a higher cost will receive an additional prepayment charge for the difference from the original prepayment amount. Cancellation will result in forfeiture of the prepayment.
