Hutton Hotel is located about 10 minutes from the nearest major bus station. There is no major train station nearby.

Can I send packages to Hutton Hotel?

Hutton Hotel only accepts packages for currently registered guests of the hotel. There is a fee for package handling of $5 per package that is billed to the guest’s room. Please contact Brian.Rogers@huttonhotel.com or the front office team at 615.340.9333 to schedule a package delivery.

I have a lost or left behind item, who do I contact?

Hutton Hotel’s security team will be happy to look into the issue for you and return any items that have been left behind. Please contact Brian.Rogers@huttonhotel.com for assistance.

Does Hutton Hotel allow pets?

Hutton Hotel has pet-friendly floors in the hotel and allows pets with a one-time $75 cleaning fee. Arrangements must be made with the hotel in advance of your stay.

What is Hutton Hotel’s booking policy?

Guests are required to provide government-issued photo identification and a valid credit card at the time of check-in. Credit cards will be authorized at that time and an amount held on the card for room, tax, and incidentals, with incidentals totaling $100 per night of the stay. Upon the completion of the stay, held funds that were not utilized are released by the hotel back to the credit card. Please note that it can take as many as 7-10 business days for this authorization to be fully released, depending on the expediency of your banking institution.

What is your cancellation policy? 

Unless otherwise stated at booking, you must cancel by noon (Central Time) the day prior to your scheduled arrival. For cancellations that are within 24 hours of scheduled arrival, one night’s room and tax will be charged to the credit card on file.

What type of credit cards are accepted at the hotel?

Hutton Hotel accepts all major credit and debit cards.

Does the hotel accept travelers checks as payment?

Yes, Hutton Hotel accepts travelers checks.

What are the normal check-in and check out times?

Check-in is at 4 p.m. and check out is 11 a.m. Central.

Can I store my luggage before or after I check out? 

Yes, our front office team would be happy to store luggage for you. Please stop by the front desk to request a luggage hold.

What is required to check-in?

Can a third party pay for my reservation? 

Yes. Should you wish for a third party to pay for your reservation, please contact the hotel at 615.340.9333 prior to arrival and we will be happy to send a credit card authorization form for payment. Please be advised that a credit card will still be required upon arrival.

How late can I check-in? 

You may check-in without being charged a “no show” fee up until midnight the day of arrival. If you plan to arrive late, please call our front desk at 615.340.9333 and let them know in order to avoid a charge.

Will I be charged for an early departure? 

No. Check-out is at 11 a.m.; you may leave any time before then without charge.

Can I check-in early? 

Early check-in may be granted based upon availability. To request an early check-in, please call our front desk at 615.340.9333.

How far is Hutton Hotel to and from the Airport?

Hutton Hotel has a fitness center open 24 hours a day. It features Precor and True Cardio machines complete with integrated LCD panels, TRX equipment, Paramount strength training machines, and free weights. Our Peloton bikes have built-in virtual reality routes to enhance and motivate your workout experience. Are there smoking rooms? Can I smoke in public places?

Hutton Hotel is a smoke-free environment. Anyone who smokes in his or her guestroom will be subject to a fine. Should you wish to smoke, there is a dedicated smoking area outside of the hotel parking garage.

No, Hutton Hotel does not offer currency exchange. However, we are located walking distance from many banks that offer currency exchange.
