Hutton Hotel

In the new year, Nashville visitors received a new lodging option with the opening of the Hutton Hotel in the heart of Midtown on West End Avenue. The luxuriously appointed 195 rooms, 53 suites and two spectacular penthouse apartments—both with private balconies, steam showers, fireplaces and 50-inch LCD TV—will meet the needs of the most discerning travelers. Locals will find the welcome mat out as well, via the 1808 Grille and the L-shaped bar just off the lobby, accessible from the street. The decor is environmentally inspired, with colors pulled from an organic palette, warm materials of wood and slate, a zinc-topped bar, distressed leather sofas, stools and chairs and artisan-crafted wine cabinets. Fourteen wines are poured by the glass and a special bar menu of small and large plates invite guests to stay awhile, even if they're not spending the night.
