NASHVILLE, TN - 1808 Grille is pleased to announce a Celebrity Chef series that partners the restaurant's Executive Chef, Charles Phillips with an assortment of Nashville VIP's. 1808 Grille will give each celebrity free reign to come up with a three course menu of their choosing while the Chef helps them prepare and present each meal.

First up to the plate on Wednesday, June 24th, is ACM Nominated Country Duo, Joey + Rory.

The couple burst onto the scene via CMT's "Can You Duet" and since have released two singles from their debut effort, The Life of a Song. Their first single, "Cheater, Cheater" was an infectious radio smash and latest release "Play the Song" gave way to the comical video currently in rotation on CMT.

Those closest to the couple are not only fans of their music, but also of Joey's cooking. Joey along with Rory's sister, Marcy, own Marcy Jo's Mealhouse, a meat-and-three located south of Nashville in Pottsville, TN.

When not on the road playing to fans across the country Joey can be found baking breads and waiting tables at the restaurant. Joey's angel biscuit recipe was recently featured in Country Weekly and her famous carrot cake was shared with readers of AOL's The Boot, making her the perfect choice to kick off the series. Rory will be close by to help finalize the menu and may even wait a table or two. Final course will consist of an acoustic set by the pair.
