ENGINEERING

Engineer I (Senior Level): Perform the necessary work to maintain the physical conditions of the hotel property in a cost-effective manner to ensure that guests receive a clean, attractive and secure place to stay with friendly attentive service. Maintain consistent standards of service throughout the property. Maintain working areas are safe and functional for employees. This position repairs all equipment and trains lower level engineers. Five years hotel or related experience. Minimum of 1 year as an Engineer 1. Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, emergency & preventive maintenance systems. Working knowledge of hvac, plumbing, kitchen, & laundry systems and other hotel equipment.

Painter: Maintain paint, vinyl, wallpaper, sheetrock, etc, in all public areas and guest rooms on an on-going basis. Previous hotel or related experiences, with a minimum of 2 years carpenter/painter experience. Some working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, emergency & preventive maintenance systems.

1808 GRILLE – SERVICE STAFF

Wait Staff: Take accurate orders, serve food and beverage items in a timely manner, provide information about menu items and ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and seamless service. Prior food server experience in a fine dining establishment required. TABC Certification preferred. Excellent guest service and communication skills required.

Server Assistant : Facilitate food service and provide clearing and cleaning duties to ensure an immaculate restaurant. Responsible for assisting servers when required and re-stocking of all service areas. Prior restaurant experience required. Ability to work in fast-paced environment. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Room Service Waiter: Provide room service to guests while providing excellent guest service and exceeding guest expectations. Previous food serving experience and excellent guest service skills required.
