WestEnd Kitchen & Bar offers an international flair to Southern cuisine. Each dish includes thoughtful touches that remain true to its roots while subtly layering flavors that match the restaurant’s unique ambiance. WestEnd’s bar menu offers a selection of signature cocktails and fresh revivals of classics.
WestEnd’s bar menu was concepted by Beverage Manager Megan Cross, formerly of Old Lightning in Los Angeles. Cross has created a two part beverage menu: a selection of signature cocktails and revivals of classics. Cross’s classic cocktails much like the Manhattan and the Old Fashioned pair well with heartier dishes and appetizers. Signature cocktails include The Coco Belle, made with bourbon, rum, cynar with white cocoa; and The Grasshopper, a vibrant drink made with cognac, crème de menthe, white cacao and cream which are enjoyable as a pre-dinner drink or pair well with the international flavors of the entrèe.
Curated by boutique firm Studio 11 Design to encourage a natural flow throughout the space, a horseshoe shaped bar connects the restaurant to the hotel lobby, allowing guests to dine or enjoy signature cocktails. The original barn wood floor was refinished during the renovation to preserve Hutton’s original character, yet now boasts playful and bold elements such as metallic floor tiles, iron and brass finishes.
